Warranty

We care about you, improving and promoting the safety of our products, just as we care about the products you buy. In addition to the legal warranty in the country where Dainese, AGV, TCX, and Momodesign products were purchased, Dainese offers an extended warranty of up to 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase.

For a selection of Dainese, AGV, TCX, and Momodesign products, Dainese offers its own warranty in addition to the legal one, lasting 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase, providing coverage for any manufacturing defects.

The Dainese warranty must be registered using the dedicated form, accessible on this page, or via the genuine page, using the QR code on the product tag, within 30 days of the purchase date. The Dainese warranty is valid for 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase and only if activated within the following 30 days. Any checks and verifications to ensure the validity of the proof of purchase and compliance with the dates will be performed on a random basis or when the service is requested.

If the product you purchased does not qualify for the Dainese extended warranty, we recommend registering it here to simplify any repairs during the warranty period. Please note that even without registration, the warranty remains valid as long as you retain proof of purchase.

To register the product or activate the warranty extension, you need the Product Code (SKU), made up of 9 or 10 digits that identify the article code, 3 digits that identify the color code and the size (Example: 2015300032 P75 50).

You can find it in one of the following places: on the identification tag that came with the product; on the original packaging; or on the item's inside label. Make sure you have this code handy before you begin registration.
