Dainese is a leader in the market of protection and technical clothing for motorcyclists and those who practice speed/dynamic sports.
The products we manufacture are designed and manufactured in compliance with applicable laws, technical standards, and international regulations. Our products offer the highest level of safety and protection based on the known state of the art, obtaining certification and recognition from accredited bodies.
In accordance with our mission " to promote and provide safety to those who practice dynamic sports " and the values that guide us: concreteness, excellence, innovation, responsibility, team spirit, style and transparency , Dainese supports social responsibility and sustainable development and adopts a quality management system implemented according to the ISO 9001 standard, committing to respecting its requirements and continuously improving its effectiveness also through a systematic approach based on the analysis of risks and opportunities.

End customer protection
In their daily activities of product development, material selection and purchasing, supplier management, and process/product manufacturing/control, Dainese and all its collaborators place product safety and integrity as the primary requirement for achieving the goal of protecting the Customer.
Customer satisfaction
Dainese's objective is to increase customer satisfaction with regards to the product and services offered.
While maintaining respect for environmental sustainability and for people and their living and working conditions, we aim to increase sales and, through constant commitment, understand and exceed our customers' needs and expectations. We take all necessary steps to meet their needs and strive to anticipate future ones.
Staff involvement
For Dainese, our employees are our primary resource. Dainese aims to increase the sustainability of its operations. Its mission is "safety" for its consumers, and it intends to pursue this through a strong commitment to designing products that reduce the risk of injury, are durable, and are manufactured using a low-impact production process and a responsible supply chain, both environmentally and socially, and use sustainable materials where possible/convenient.
The relationship with suppliers
Dainese considers its Suppliers to be fully integrated into the value creation flow of its products and services, with whom it establishes relationships of mutual collaboration and satisfaction. Suppliers, as such, must operate consistently with Dainese's values, translating them into practices, procedures, and actions that comply with applicable laws and sustainability standards regarding worker protection and respect for people and the environment. Product quality and safety standards are objectives shared with Suppliers, in compliance with market timelines for full customer satisfaction.

Our commitment is to continuously improve our products/services and company performance through optimized resource utilization and ever-increasing integration between various company departments. We seek continuous innovation, both in terms of product safety and management, which allows us to increasingly standardize our methods and shorten the timeframes of our "company system." This is why the SDL (Speed Demon Lab) department was established, dedicated exclusively to the research and development of innovative solutions. SDL works to anticipate the needs of the market and our customers by integrating advanced technologies, cutting-edge materials, and sophisticated design processes. The SDL department's work is guided by principles of quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every innovation meets the highest standards and contributes to Dainese's technological leadership.
